My client, a special needs school is looking for 3 x Special Needs Carers to join them. Supporting children aged between 4 to 16, you will play a vital role in their education, development, and well-being.
The Role:
* Provide tailored support to children with a range of complex learning needs.
* Assist with communication, mobility, and personal care as required.
* Work closely with teachers and therapists to create an engaging learning environment.
* Help foster independence, confidence, and enjoyment in learning.

* Previous experience in care, support work, or a related field (not necessarily in a school setting).
