Position: Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teaching Assistant
Location: Bexley, London
Type: Full-Time (Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 4:00pm)
Pay: Weekly

Are you passionate about supporting young children with special educational needs? Do you have experience working with children with Autism and ASD? If so, we would love to have you join our team at our welcoming mainstream school in Bexley!

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide 1-1 support to reception-age children with Autism and ASD.
* Assist in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to each child’s needs.
* Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
* Assist with personal care needs, including nappy changing when necessary.
* Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure the best outcomes for the children.
* Support children in developing social skills and independence.

Requirements:
* Relevant qualifications or experience working with children with Autism and ASD.
* Compassionate, patient, and empathetic approach.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* Commitment to promoting inclusivity and diversity within the classroom.

What We Offer:
* Full-time, consistent hours (Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 4:00pm).
* £400-£500 per week

This is a contracted role with the opportunity to join the school on a permanent basis. (Annual Salary: £17,000-£22,000)
