Position: Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teaching Assistant
Location: Greenwich, London
Type: Full-Time (Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 4:00pm)
Pay: Weekly

We are a vibrant Primary Mainstream School in Greenwich with a dedicated Autism Unit, looking for a compassionate and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide one-on-one and small group support to students with Autism and other special educational needs.
* Assist in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs.
* Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
* Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure the best outcomes for students.
* Support students in developing social skills and independence.

Requirements:
* Relevant qualifications or experience working with children with Autism.
* A patient and empathetic approach.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* A commitment to promoting inclusivity and diversity within the classroom.
* An understanding of safeguarding policies and procedures.

What We Offer:
* Full-time, consistent hours (Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 4:00pm).
