Position: Teaching Assistant – Autism Unit in Primary school(KS1 and KS2)
Location: Ealing, London
Contract Type: Full-time Temporary
Contract Duration: September 2025 until July 2026
Working Hours: 8:30 am – 4:00 pm Monday to Friday (Term Time Only)

Role and Responsibilities:
Provide individualised support and guidance to students within the Autism Unit.
Collaborate with the class teacher and therapists to implement personalised learning programs.
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere where every child feels valued and supported.
Assist students in developing social, communication, and behavioural skills.
Work closely with parents and caregivers to ensure a holistic approach to each child’s development.
Contribute to a collaborative team environment and participate in training and professional development opportunities.
Requirements:
Relevant experience working with children with autism is highly desirable.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting children with autism.
A positive and proactive attitude towards overcoming challenges.
