EYFS/KS1 SEN Learning Support Assistant

Location: Harrow, London
Start Date: September 2025
Contract Type: Full Time, Term Time Only (until at least July 2026)
Salary: £425-£600 per week

A wonderful primary school in Harrow, London seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Learning Support Assistant to join their welcoming and inclusive team from September 2025. This full-time role is an exciting opportunity to support a delightful child in Key Stage 1 who is currently working at the EYFS developmental level with a diagnosis of ASD
This role is open to experienced SEN Learning Assistants or graduates who want to start their career in education/ working with children with SEN.
About the Role:
* Working 1:1 with a KS1 pupil with ASD
* Supporting learning and development in line with EYFS objectives
* Assisting with personal care as required
* Creating a safe, nurturing and inclusive environment
* Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO to implement support plans
The ideal candidate will:
* Have experience working with children with additional needs, ideally in an EYFS or KS1 setting
* Be confident and capable in supporting personal care
* Be patient, empathetic, and committed to the development of every child
* Have excellent communication and teamwork skills
* Show a genuine passion for inclusive education and helping children thrive
