Do you have a passion for helping others and a desire to make a lasting impact? We are looking for dedicated Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to work in a supportive Profound and Multiple Learning Disabilities (PMLD) setting.
Your Role
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:
* Support students with complex physical, sensory, and communication needs in their daily activities.
* Assist with personal care, including toileting, feeding, and mobility support.
* Help create an inclusive, positive, and engaging environment for students.
* Work alongside teachers and therapists to deliver individual learning and care plans.
* Empower students to build independence, confidence, and essential life skills.
About You
We’re looking for someone who:
* Has a caring, empathetic, and patient personality.
* Is comfortable assisting with personal care and supporting students with physical needs (training provided).
* Works well in a team and communicates effectively.
* Experience in a PMLD or SEN setting is helpful but not essential-enthusiasm and a positive attitude are key!

Requirements
* Right to work in the UK.
* Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one for £49.50).
* Previous experience in education, care, or support work is a bonus but not mandatory.
