Sugarman Education are seeking a Year 6 Teaching Assistant to fill a full-time position at a welcoming primary school in Ealing The role will start in January 2025, and the successful candidate will work Monday to Friday for the full school day.

Roles:
– Assisting the class teacher in delivering engaging and interactive lessons
– Supporting students with their learning and providing individualised help when needed
– Helping to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
– Assisting with administrative tasks and classroom management
– Communicating effectively with parents and other staff members

Requirements:
– Previous experience working with children in an educational setting
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work well in a team and independently
– Passion for education and a desire to support students’ growth and development
– Relevant qualifications in education or childcare is desirable

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
