Key Responsibilities
* Provide 1:1 and group support to secondary-age pupils with Autism and Complex Needs.
* Assist with learning activities tailored to individual needs.
* Promote positive behaviour and emotional well-being.
* Work collaboratively with teachers and therapists to implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
* Help with personal care tasks where required (training can be provided).
Requirements
* Previous experience working with Special Needs, particularly Autism.
* A calm, patient, and empathetic approach to working with pupils with additional needs.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* Flexibility and resilience in a dynamic school environment.
* Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
