  • Right to Work Checks: We conduct thorough right to work checks to verify that all candidates are legally eligible to work in the UK. This helps prevent illegal working practices and ensures compliance with immigration laws.

  • DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) Checks: All candidates undergo enhanced DBS checks to assess their suitability for working with children and vulnerable adults. This includes checks for criminal records, cautions, warnings, and reprimands.

  • References: We obtain comprehensive references from previous employers and/or educational institutions to verify candidates’ employment history and performance.

Safeguarding protocols

  • Safeguarding Training: Our team of recruitment consultants undergo safeguarding training to ensure they have the knowledge and skills to identify and address safeguarding concerns effectively.

  • Candidate Screening: We conduct in-depth face-to-face interviews with all candidates to assess their suitability for working in educational settings. During these interviews, we discuss safeguarding policies and procedures and assess candidates’ understanding of their responsibilities.
