We’re on the lookout for compassionate, proactive, and committed individuals to join their exceptional team.
🧠 What You’ll Be Doing:
Supporting learners with a wide range of needs – from complex learning difficulties to varying communication styles
Working in one of the Trust’s 10 colleges or 14 SEN academies
Delivering one-on-one and small group support
Helping create a safe, inclusive, and inspiring learning environment
🕒 Hours:
Monday to Friday | 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM
💰 Weekly Pay:
£450 – £600, depending on experience and placement
🌱 Who We’re Looking For:
A genuine passion for working with children and young people with SEN
Experience in education, care, or support roles (a bonus, not a must!)
A calm, flexible, and empathetic nature
Eagerness to learn and grow within a supportive team
