Type: Full-Time (Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 4:00pm)
Pay: Weekly (£425-£525 per week)
About the Role:
We are currently recruiting for a dedicated SEN Teacher to join a vibrant Primary Mainstream School in Greenwich, London. This is a permanent, full-time position within a school that has a special needs Unit. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting students with Autism and other special educational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
– Provide one-on-one and small group support to students.
– Assist in implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
– Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
– Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals.
– Support students in developing social skills and independence.
Requirements:
– Relevant qualifications or experience working with children with Autism.
– A patient and empathetic approach.
– Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
– Commitment to promoting inclusivity and diversity.
– Understanding of safeguarding policies and procedures.
