Responsibilities:
– Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to the needs of students with complex needs
– Support the development of students communication, social, and life skills
– Create and maintain a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment
– Assess and monitor individual student progress, adapting learning plans as necessary
– Collaborate with teaching assistants, therapists, and parents to provide a holistic approach to education
– Implement behaviour and sensory strategies to support students engagement and development

Requirements:
– Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
– Proven experience working with children or young people with complex learning needs
– Strong knowledge of SEN strategies and teaching approaches
– Excellent communication and organisational skills
– A compassionate and patient approach, with a passion for supporting student development
