Responsibilities:
– Provide one-to-one and small group support for students with autism and complex needs
– Assist in delivering tailored learning activities and life skills development
– Support students in managing sensory, communication, and behavioural challenges
– Collaborate closely with teachers, therapists, and parents to ensure each student progresses
