The Role

The school are looking to recruit a Learning Mentor for the Sixth Form (16 – 18 year olds) – the role requires a mentor to work with a cohort of students, who are struggling to access the curriculum in a traditional classroom setting.

This is a full-time, long-term role for the academic year 2020/2021.

The staff are very welcoming and encourage the best in their students.

Requirements

To join us and be successful in this Learning Mentor role, you will need to:

– Be subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional references checks

Be a Graduate

– Experience in supporting children or young adults would be an advantage but not neccesary.

– Be open minded, encouraging and interested in a career in the Education Sector
