What is the NTP?

The NTP supports schools by providing tutoring services to students with additional support both in school and online, supplying the highest quality teachers to help those who have missed out on certain aspects of their education during the recent Covid-19 pandemic.

Schools can select from a range of organisations who deliver one-to-one or group tuition of 15 hours for their selected pupils. 70% of which is subsidised by the department of education with the further 30% funded directly to your school.

How can Sugarman Education help you?

You can capitalise on your recovery premium funding with Sugarman Education and make the most out of your tuition. By working with Sugarman Education, we can work with you to provide a bespoke consultation service, providing you with an extensive programme and supporting the maximum number of pupils.

We can provide additional tutoring either face-to-face or via our online platform Affinity Tutors. All our tutors are experienced educators with up-to-date knowledge of the current curriculum and are registered with Sugarman Education with Gold Standard in Safeguarding. Our tutors have completed a rigorous compliance process that is in line with Keeping Children Safer in Education and hold a current enhanced DBS.

Sugarman Education offers a 15-hour block of tuition with prices varying dependent on group sizes. We can offer 1:1, 1:2, 1:3 tuition either face to face or online.

Affinity Tutors

We have recently launched our very own online tutoring platform, Affinity Tutors, allowing your pupils to complete one-to-one or group tuition in our online classroom. Your school can utilise our user-friendly platform not only for tutoring delivery but for tracking your students’ progress under one platform.

We believe learning should be fun. That’s why we provide interactive tools so our tutors can deliver exciting, engaging lessons to motivate students.
You can book online sessions around the school day, so whether it’s after school or during lunch, our tutors can provide personalised tutoring to support children and young people to achieve their goals.
